a6700 focus problems, Micro Adjust?

I recently bought an a6700 and an SEL70350G and have been having some issues with focus, where shots are not as sharp as I expect or the focus is not exactly where I expect it to be. Today I had a wild experience that really leads me to believe something is wrong.

There was a robin nearby who was kind enough to sit still for a few minutes while I took some photos. I am shooting in bird mode and it looked super crisp in the viewfinder and even drew a box around the eye, so I expected the shot to be perfectly focused. But when I viewed the photo, it focused on the grass behind the robin! So I tried again, and it did the same thing. And again, and again, and again. Every time, the focus was on the grass behind the robin. I experimented with different settings, but it always showed focus on the eye, but then took a picture with the grass in focus and a blurry robin.

I saw that some cameras have AF micro adjustment settings so you can manually correct AF forward or back, however I can't seem to find that setting on the a6700. Is that setting called something else now, or does it not exist on the a6700, and if it doesn't, what can I do?
