Best used M3/4 options in 2024?
2

I'm a hobbyist photographer, mainly shooting for travel/family/car shows.  For many years, I have relied on my Canon 60D, but have found myself using it less and less over the past few years, mainly shooting on my Pixel 7 pro for convenience (and because often the images are better, albeit with a healthy dose of AI). Main barrier to using the DSLR is weight/size, with the body and Sigma lens coming in at about 1.5kg!

I do miss the process of shooting with a "real" camera and the manual control, and so am currently in the process of selling all of my existing gear with a view to switching to M3/4 for a more portable solution.

My existing lenses were a Sigma art 18-35mm f/1.8 (my most used lens - fantastic), a cheap 50mm 1.8 for portraits, and a cheap 55-250IS for the rare occasions that I want to shoot wildlife.

Selling all my existing kit and my Canon RX100 mkiii should net me around £800-900.

What are good used options for bodies/lenses in 2024, fur the uses above?  Current thoughts are the Olympus E-M5 mk iii (approx £500 used) and a 12-40mm f/2.8 pro (approx £300).  I can then add a few primes and possibly a cheap 40-150mm later if I miss them.

Any alternatives I should be considering?

Canon EOS 60D Sony RX100
