Panasonic (I know you're reading) why don't you acknowledge TPSCo which I assume makes your sensors?

Panasonic refuses to say the name of the top secret manufacturer of their m43 cameras' sensors, and everyone is refusing to even utter the name of the most likely company which is TowerJazz Panasonic Semiconductor Co. (TPSCo).
I find this very very strange. If it is TPSCo (which is by far the most likely answer) then what could prevent Panasonic from simply saying it? Because they work with the arms industry or something, and have some weird restriction on uttering their name in other sectors?
