OM-1 not fully reset by a Reset

Hi
I've noted that my OM-1 does not fully reset to the settings of the manual when using the two reset options in the menu, they are [Initialize All Settings] for [Reset/Initialize Settings] and [Reset Shooting Settings] for [Reset/Initialize Settings].
I am comparing the settings in my camera, after a reset, with the defaults shown on pages 311-325 of the manual.
I am sure it will be something simple but I cannot work it out.
