Bottom of lens hitting
Hi all, I have a Lumix DC G100 camera and I put a 14-140mm lens on it but when I go to set it down on the table, the back bottom of the lens hits before the bottom of the camera. So I put my tripod adapter mount on it to try and solve the problem but then when I set it down the camera tilts over toward the front and the front bottom of the lens hits, which is better I guess. It also makes it more bulky. The bottom of the lens is about 3mm lower than the bottom of the camera. Does anybody know if there is a way to solve this? I just don`t want the bottom of my lens to get all scratched up or damaged. I was wondering if anybody makes something that will maybe screw into the tripod mount or something that I can put on the bottom of my len to protect it? I have some black ducktape I could put a small piece of that on the bottom corner but that would look tacky. This is my main lens so I use it a lot. Thanks for any help.
