Sony A1 Adobe Lightroom ACR Offset

When I take photos with spot metering on a grey card with the camera reading zero my photos in ACR/LR are underexposed

This is an image imported as is

The grey card is reading 38% IRE

I have checked the baseline exposre in the dng interface an this reports a value of 0.15

However looking at dxomark ISO offset this reports a value of 0.51 ev

I therefore applied a correction of 0.36 to the same file and I get this

Now the grey patch reads 43% which is not high as middle grey but that is because the camera itself likes to underexpose a little, I have no issue with that.

The difference are minimal but are bugging me

I have developed a user preset to correct this as the shots are otherwise far off other cameras that are correctly managed
