What would be the best upgrade for R6m2/R7?

Hello guys,

I'm in slow transition into R system and so far I have one RF lens for my R62 and R7 and that's RF 24-70 f/2.8. Now, I wonder what would be best to upgrade first. I shoot animals, planes, etc.

I have following:

EF 100-400 L II - my main lens for animals and planes

EF 70-200 f/4L - travel zoom lens, which gives me bit of a headache for not being able to pan with IBIS on

EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro - I'll keep this in EF probably as it's not my main focus to shoot and it's enough

So far I'm looking at 3 options - RF 100-500 L for 100-400 (still not sure it's worth it as I'm happy with 100-400 and it was discussed before, so I'll probably wait for some mkII), EF 70-200 f/2.8 (this would give me great replacement for 70-200 f/4 and it shouldn't have problems with IBIS) or add 200-800 (benefits still to be based on reviews)

What would you choose as a best upgrade for money?

Thank you very much for help.
