Question on IBIS and Lens Information/Focal Length (for S5II in particular)

Hello everyone, this is my first post on DPReview, though I've been on the site for info before 👍

Quick question, when putting a manual lens on my Lumix S5II, and go to the IBIS settings, it allows me to put a focal length as well as an area percentage (I think 70-100%). S5II is full frame, but this particular lens is a 35mm APS-C lens, so I use it in APS-C mode.

My question was, if I'm inputting the Lens information, for the Focal length, do I put 35mm because that's technically the focal length of the lens? Or would I put 50mm because that's closer to the effective focal length with the crop? Thank you for any help! I wasn't sure if it made a big difference but just wanted to know lol
