nikon dx AF-S or AF-P lenses on x-t1?

Anybody doing it?

I can't bring myself to sell my first love x-t1 and have the Fringer F-to-X smart (AF, etc.) adapter (version 1). I was thinking of picking up some Nikon F-mount dx lenses (some of which are nearly free on ebay nowadays as most people are moving to z-mount) just to have some fun and play around. According to Fringer, there is a long list of supported lenses in this category including a few I might be interested in:

AF-P DX NIKKOR 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR

AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-80mm f/2.8-4E ED VR

AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-85mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR

AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR

AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR

AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3G ED VR

AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G VR

AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR

AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G

AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 40mm f/2.8G

AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 85mm f/3.5G ED VR

I think I would be able to use the IS menu item in the x-t1 to turn on and off the VR in the lenses (most of these lenses don't have VR switches).

I wonder how the Fuji 18-55 would compare to Nikon's 18-55 af-p on the 16mp x-t1, for example.

Or the Fuji 10-24 against any of the Nikon wide zooms, again on this non-demanding (but sweet) 16mp sensor.

I'm not going invest hundreds into new or used Fuji branded lenses for this old (sweet) camera, but I could throw a couple of bucks at some of these older Nikon lenses which are in some cases newer than comparable Fuji versions (for example, I think the Fuji 18-55 was released in 2013 whereas Nikon's af-p version was released in 2016).

Any thoughts or recommendations?
