Best Setting D850 to take Christmas Out Lights

I am seeking advice on the ideal D850 camera settings for capturing outdoor Christmas lights on houses during a trolley tour. I know maintain a wide aperture and slow shutter speed, but I'm uncertain about the best ISO setting. Should I keep it on auto or choose a specific ISO? and what would be the optimal aperture and shutter speed to select? I won't be using a tripod or flash. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks! - Ben
