Backups

Just wondering what most hobbyist photographers backup regimes are?

I have followed the 123 method for some years, using Acronis Cyber Protect Home and Office, backing up to the cloud, a remote external HD, and a permanently connected external HD.

I also sync everything to a second internal harddrive, so a belt and braces approach.

However the subs for Acronis has gone up to over £135 a year to include 1TB cloud storage, and on top of my new Lightroom subscription this is getting a bit expensive. Being on a pension I am looking to cut unnecessary expenses, and I'm wondering whether I really need cloud storage.

The only situation I can think of where it would be worthwhile is if I was to somehow lose all my pc equipment in one go, as in theft (unlikely) or fire. Flood is totally unlikely.

So my question isn't what do most people recommend, but what do most people in the real world do.

Thanks in advance
