Glencoe before the storm hit part2
7

From Early October this year. I was returning from a few days in Skye and stopped in Glencoe for the night. I have posted some images from this trip before but forgot to post these. As for the storm, the memory has faded but definitely not forgotten as more than a month's rain fell overnight causing travel chaos in the West of Scotland with flooding, landslides and helicopter rescues. We were ok apart from not being able to travel for 36hrs due to flooding.

River Coe at the S bend. This is really a morning shot but getting to this location was impossible as the usual tiny burns that need to be crossed to scramble down to here were raging torrents.

For haters of long exposure water, I actually shot this to get an image with sharp foliage as it was very windy that afternoon

A pano as this doesn't quite fit in at 16mm

Part3 to follow. Ken
