Bausch And Lomb Eyemo Adapter

I asked this previously but I've learned more about the lens so I want to give it a second try.

Is there a way to use a 3-D printer to make an adapter to allow me to connect a Bausch & Lomb movie camera lens to a Nikon macro bellows (like the PB-4)?

I was inspired by my neighbor who had a 125mm Hektor converted for Nikon F-mount and I was hoping to do something similar.

The lens is a 100mmT2.5 Baltar with an Eyemo mount. It has no focusing unit because it was mounted on the lens turret of a movie camera. According to published specs it has a 38mm flange focal distance.
