Sigma I-Series - Cold & Rain Resistance?

Hi all,

I recently picked up two I-Series lenses on sale, the 35 f2 DG DN and 65 f2 DG DN. I'm planning to use these with my A7CR for some urban/street shooting here in Toronto. I never expose my gear to heavy rain or snow, but I do occasionally shoot in the cold (as low as -5C or 24F), or in a light rain, mist or snow. I know that there are no claims that there is any weather sealing on these lenses, but Sigma does specify a "Mount with dust- and splash-proof structure", so I'm not sure how far I can push it with them.

Looking for anyone with field experience with their I-Series Sigmas. Have you got them cold or wet, and if so, any issues?
