Slide: Mold, Fungus or Defect?

Both images are from a slide I photographed using a Canon 5DS camera with a Canon 100 mm non IS macro lens on a copy stand.  I found these spots in three of eight slides I photographed.  The slides are Kodachrome 64.  Pictures taken in 1991.

The second image is a cropped part of the first image.

I used a camel hair paintbrush and Giotto Rocket blower to carefully clean the slides

I saw very noticeable dark spots in the sky portions of the slide.  I carefully searched the non sky portions and did not find these spots.  The non sky portions consisted of trees, bushes, dried grass and a small river.

I am wondering if the spots are mold or fungus or defects or my cleaning?

Your advice will be appreciated.  Thank you.
