There's no need to post that information. All I need to do is hover my cursor over an image for a second and the information about the photo appears - camera used, exposure, etc. Maybe this doesn't work for you for some reason?

I, for one, would hate to see this forum limited to only images from a particular brand of equipment. To my mind, photography is much more about the image, the art and the eye of the photographer, not the gadgetry need to create the photograph. Plus, it is very nice to get to know some of the folks here a bit. If this forum was limited to only Fuji equipment, I would no longer post.

How do I hover over an image on my Android tablet? And if there is no EXIF provided with an image, you still see the details you mention when you hover?
On my iPad, to view the exif (if there is one) I have to hold my finger down on the image. Then it appears. For a variety of reasons some images do not contain any exif info or sometimes limited info. I would like to hear from an android tablet user how they view exif.
My Android tablet works the same as your IPad when browsing in Chrome.

I've never been able to get the exif data to show on my Android phone. I've tried the long push and it doesn't work for me.

Similar to my iPhone. The long push does not show the Exif. Only the iPad.

Thank you. I get alot of practice with these, not a whole lot of variety of winter birds in Ohio.

Lovely work and super feather detail. I'd usually see a nuthatch head facing down.

Mine too, but if there is no EXIF, there is no EXIF, either way. On my Android phone, no EXIF viewable either way - not even when opening the image by clicking briefly on the image - opening the image to get a large view is not possible.

But I repeat myself, if posters can post images with any equipment on any of the camera specific camera threads on this forum, this renders imo these threads useless, on this forum otherwise clearly focused on gear.

So to the mods of all forums here, why not make a change, with one forum for m4/3 images, one for APS-C images, one for FF images and one for MF+ images. Compulsary would be full EXIF data and full res files. No wonder when viewers praise a BIF on the mFT forum... taken with a Nikon Z9...

Hoppefully you will get to a new concept for members' images on the a gear focused forum. I believe you have regular meetings, so that would be a good topic, I think. In the meantime, I will skip these threads and go elsewhere to cover that part. Thx.

Yes, the lens has alot to do with it too. I've only used the XH2S with the Canon 500 f4 II and 100-400 II. Image quality is very good with both. My Canon crop cameras have an Anti-aliasing filter, can notice slight increase in sharpness without it on the Fuji.
Amazing sharpness. I had to look up that lens, as I wasn't familiar with it. I think you'd have to give some credit to the lens as well as the camera. I was hoping the lens didn't cost that much. Silly me.

Dunno k ow anything about Android tablets. If there is not EXIF associated with an image, of course you can't see it.
