JPEGS, need RAW for What?

I have said: RAW can be better: IF you combine RAW with Post Processing Skills. I don't want to learn RAW, and neither do I want to learn beyond basic Post Processing Skills.

I learn the camera, shoot, crop, lift shadows, done.

Note: all my cameras: outdoors: I often shoot -0.3 ev or - 0.7ev purposely, primarily  to capture better sky detail, and lift shadows later, as so much detail is captured/retained/revealed when shadows are lifted. You get in trouble quickly trying to cut highlights.

Here's a dozen of my Jpegs. I'm very happy with them, what obvious benefits would RAW make?

People keep talking about RAW: Show your Similar RAW shots?
