DXO colour shifts

I have recently started using manual exposure with fixed iso, the former because i want to ensure the shutter speed and aperture used, the latter because there should be little difference in adjusting brightness in PP or allowing iso changes to do so in the camera.

I am using PL5 with Deep Prime (have resisted PL6 so far, but if it fixes this problem I may have to upgrade)

I have found that in processing significantly underexposed (say -2 stops) images with DXO (exposure adjustment) there is a very significant green shift in output which makes the image unusable.

In processing low contrast images (E.G. Swallows in a dark barn) with either microcontrast or contrast there is a violet shift which again makes the images unusable.

I am being reluctantly being forced to reconsider my exposure strategy.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

tom
