Any fellow X-T200 owners out there seeing their base panel cracking and falling apart?
I use Peak Design straps and mounts, so my cameras usually have a PD quick release plate attached. I’ve used them on all sorts of cameras. Most recently I have had one on my X-T200.
Unfortunately it seems the base panel of my camera doesn’t like having quick release plates attached as it has cracked and is falling apart after I removed the quick release plate. I don’t believe I have overtightened it as I am using the same amount of force to attach it as I would with any other camera body, just enough to keep it from rotating. The tripod mount is recessed a little from the plastic which seems to have led to the plastic being crushed and makes me think there is a manufacturing or assembly error.

This is my first foray into Fujifilm and I’d like for it to be a longer stay but this is discouraging. I’ve contacted Fujifilm and hope they will cover it under warranty.
Has anyone else experienced this with Fujifilm cameras in general or the X-T200 specifically?
It looks like something else has occurred, in addition to attaching the QR plate (looking at the rear screen's alignment with the body itself, AND the battery door being askew).
I agree. The tripod screw looks to be bent and twisted as if there was some sort of impact or pressure on the screw while the body was mounted.
