I'm a professional skier and I'm cool with having one main pair of skis (though I have 5 different pairs at the moment for different situations, but one mothership pair). But I would never think of collecting skis. I use skis professionally, it's my business, and having one main pair that I know inside out helps me to be as precise as I can be.

Hi, as an avid skier, I love merging skiing (we were in Zermatt earlier this month) with Alpine and skiing photography. Although I always carry in a ski jacket pocket a Sony RX100 (now the Mk VII), I often use my XE4/27 as it is just more fun and the image quality is better. So I get your passion for collecting cameras and lenses - I have far too many!

I would love to keep a camera with me, but my phone has to do. I spend most of my day teaching hardcore bump lessons and anything in my pockets will be in the way
