1. Adds the ability for images to be cropped and resized during transfer to the FTP server.
2. Fixes minor issues.
Firmware Version 1.7.0 incorporates the following fixes:
1. Fixes an issue that, in rare instances, may result in the camera not operating normally when capturing small subjects.

At this moment I guess a firmware update is a no go.I did upgrade of my r6 to firmware to 1.8.0 and it basically made a brick out my camera. In C1-3 modes it does not shoot at all moreover it was even refusing to turn off with mw ef 500 f/4 ii attached. I had to use trick described here https://petapixel.com/how-to-downgrade-canon-camera-firmware/ to reverse to 1.7.0 (I used Method 1 it worked). One detail my r6 was bought just a year ago.
