Have you thought about what 0.19x magnification means? Do you know what the minimum field size will be? Are you sure you need more?

No, I really don't understand it. Could you please explain it to me, as it seems important?

Full frame is 24 mm x 36 mm. 24/0.19 = 126 mm. That's 5" x 7.5". If you need more magnification than that for baby pictures, it would be for medical reasons.

...RF 135 mm F1.8 would be quite nice, but it's just on the opposite side of my needs (MFD 70cm, 0.26x magnification). This lens would be better for low light situation in church, school, etc. so no need for it right now. But a great extension in the future, I think better than RF 100 mm F2.8 macro.

"No need for it right now." A good strategy. Just buy a lens with a normal zoom, 24-105/4, and use it. Then, once you have used that for a while, maybe you will have an idea of what you could do with another lens. But right now you just want to buy all your toys at once, even though you have no frikkin idea what you want and need.

I feel your sharp tongue, but I have to admit - you are right. I was waiting for those toys many years and now is the time to fulfil my dreams.

I thought something was up. You really don't have to buy them all at one time.

Don't forget to give equal attention to your family.

My wife is in 8th month pregnant. And I think I want to buy this camera in the coming 1-2 weeks, so I can take some pictures of her beautiful state right now

Yes, you do need a camera, that's for sure.  Good luck to you, and enjoy your family.
