This is the RF bot EF.

can’t believe anybody would have size/weight issue with RF version!

i looked at the specs, you got a point. It's more than a pound lighter than my EF 70-200/2.8 L IS and that is without the EF-RF adapter. I wonder if I should trade my EF 70-200/2.8, 300/2.8 L IS and 135/2 L all for one RF 70-200/2.8 L IS? I still would need a black sleeve for this lens as it cries out----'hey dude, where is your press pass?' from stadium security.

The (RF) 70-200 f/2.8 is simply a joy to use now.  It’ll provide basically the same images as the EFiii, but won’t replace your primes (for instance I’m keeping my Siggy 135 f/1.8).

Depends on your uses though.  For me it is the third leg of my zoom trinity for events/sports (along with the RF 15-35/2.8 and RF 28-70/2).  I also like using the 70-200 for fashion shoots (more flexible than the 135).  The 135 is awesome for portraits tho.

Like I said, depends on usage.

Best of luck with your decisions guys!
