The money you save from buying the f/4 is enough to buy an used EF f/2.8, so that for some rare chances you need 2.8, you can bring that out. Furthermore, EF f/2.8 has visibly more effective zoom and more bokeh at 200mm compared to RF version, even though both says 200mm. It's due to the focus breathing on the RF version.
