I have retried your RAF files at f 2.8. With IXT set to ignore profile everything is ok with my PS ACR last version. With profile it reveals this circular pattern.

I tried with my XH2 and XH2s to reproduce the phenomenon bu all results are ok just showing vignette easily corrected.

So I cannot say that my lens could be wrong nor that ACR in PS could do something wrong.

Looking at cameras owned by posters lead me that your XT4 couldbe the source of the phenomenon : what I see again looks like Newton rings created probably by some relection astrong hypothesis since it disappears from f4.

The fact that only Adobe raw developper reveals it with the lens correction IMO onlmy means that it is hyper sensitive to a probably mild reflection. The fact that if I understand right no posters were able to reprocuce it IMO seems to  lead that the issue is located to either the lens or the camera but not in the softaware itself.
