sell what you do not use that is heavy

add the m32 f1.4 to your m kit

and get the RF 18-150 for an R10

and get noise redux from dxo PL6

Why should I carry an R10

you should carry an R10 because for $1299 you can get a $500 lens and a body far more capable

Canon EOS R10 Mirrorless Camera with 18-150mm Lens 5331C016 B&H (bhphotovideo.com)

and an M50?

you should carry an M50 with your 11-22 glued to it

and when you need low light or shallow dof portraits switch to the m32 f1.4

and shoot raw and use DXO PL6 for noise redux

DxO PhotoLab 6: The most advanced RAW photo editing software

Pre Covid I was considering the 32mm f/1.4 EFM, but after Canon moved away from EFM, I wondered if investing more into a system that won't see any future additions makes sense.

the RF-s will never have the f1.4 lenses.  The 32 F1.4 is so great it is worth buying for your M50.  It might be the final buy for M, but the siggy 56 F1.4 would also be one to consider as a second final buy -- again, RF-s will never have these two great F1.4 lenses that are sharp wide open.  At least get the 32 f1.4

carrying two small bodies is great -- because you have less lens swaps and cover greater range
