Erik is spot on.

The apparent sharpness in the EVF& screen will depend on the sharpness, contrast & noise reduction settings in the camera. Then for the processed results you really to do need to optimise the processing conditions to make the most of the resolution, as is common for all cameras. Fuji sensors are not the same as the more common Bayer ones and require a different approach. There are many posts on this forum on how to do this and Erik has covered this very thoroughly a great many times here. I've made a few contributions too and we've both shown that very surprisingly good results can be obtained if you optimise the processing parameters even at very high ISOs (given a good lens and camera technique of course).
