Even as long term Canon user (With the odd foray into Nikon world) I found the R7 a bit of a learning curve. An enjoyable one though.

I made another post saying the link didn't work but I"m on the page now.   I will read through it.  I like to see what others use for settings.  Not that an exact copy will work for me but it gives food for thought and things to consider.  I'm sure some will be brilliant for my photography and some may not work well for me but it all gives perspective on starting points,

by the way nice images in your gallery for sure.
