I am moving to mirrorless. Which EF lenses did you keep? I have the follow:

- 24-70 2.8 L (first version)

No. Too old. Trinity zoom lens are the first type to be replaced.

- 70-200 2.8 L (first version)

No. Too old. Trinity zoom lens are the first type to be replaced. The original non-IS is not as good as the EF IS mk2, which is far surpassed by the RF 2.8.

- 24mm 1.4 L

Keep it until the RF version is available and reviews say it is better.

- 17-40mm 4.0 L

No. This is not even close to the 16-35 2.8L mk2 & mk3 in the trinity lineup.  I had this lens until I bought the 16-35 f4 IS, which is far better.  Now I have the RF 14-35 which is better and wider than the 16-35.

- Tamron 150-600mm

The RF 100-500L is much better. Besides, Tamron may be incompatible with future RF bodies.

- 50mm 1.4

Keep, as there is no equivalent 50mm RF lens, only cheapo 1.8 & expen$ive 1.2L.

- 85mm 1.8

Keep. From what I read, its IQ is slightly better than the RF f2, if you don't need 0.5X "macro" of the RF f2.
