I tell people that if I were doing wildlife photography in a big way (but not BIF) and had to carry equipment any distance or had to use it around water, I would run right out and buy an Olympus or OMS while I still could. Those cameras have some world-beating features. Some of the better wildlife photographers on these forums use those cameras.

You're right, though, on a Canon forum they're horrible. But we digress.
