Lightroom mus have added some sharpening. I didn't do anythhing in lightroom just exported as a jpeg, didn't click any resoluion or file size setting while exporting.

OK, so this is a file from Lightroom, not straight from the camera.  The process of editing or converting a raw photo can easily conceal low exposure.

I don't know how it got that way, but it's noisy. My guess is that the exposure is quite low for the illumination. In other words, underexposed. Could that be the case?
