I did read quite a lot about X-T3 vs X-T2 AF even if it was pretty much old stuff but from what I understand AF it is faster on X-T3 and face / eye detect works. On X-T2 the subject needs to be in ideal conditions.

Face/eye detect is better with the 3, but not really all that reliable with either. AF-S is very good with both.

It is not a price issue but mode about difference in sensor and colors in RAW but without editing.

There’s no such thing as RAW without editing. SOOC jpegs are typically going to be better than RAW at default import settings (which can look significantly different with different editors). Either camera can have excellent color using the right profile and other settings. The X-T2 files are a bit cleaner at higher ISOs, especially with the electronic shutter but, again, at default settings you probably won’t see much difference.

And also about build quality, are both WR at the same level?

I don’t see why they wouldn’t be.

As far as I know X-T3 it is build in Japan but X-T3 is not, not sure if does make any difference.

Probably not. The X-T2 has much better command dials (IMO) and I prefer the taller top dials as well, but I don’t think that has anything to do with where they were manufactured.

I also own an X-T5 and this camera it a second body that I would use for smaller files, every day shoot or when I need to shoot a lot of pictures like it happened last week with carnival.

If I had one, I’m pretty sure I’d want to use the X-T5 here as well.
