Neither Fujifilm's software, nor Capture One, nor Darkrable, nor Affinity Photo give the double vignetting problem.

But have you tried them with the built-in Manufacturer's profile? Lightroom uses it by default, but other software does not.

Also, I've got a few RAWs on my computer from other Tamron 17-70s with no vignetting issues at all in Lightroom.

How do I apply the manufacturer profile in LR? The vignetting does not appear in all my photographs either and when it appears it is a few moments after importing it into LR. The photo looks good and LR does something and vignetting appears. Thanks for your help.

Lightroom applies the built-in lens corrections automatically at import - and (unfortunately) it can’t be turned off.

That seems not to be completely correct in this situation (Tamron on Fuji). If you look at Baobab’s screenshot you see something you do not see with Fuji on Fuji. I'll try to show screenshots later, also comparing to my own lens, which does not show this.
