Re: Portrait lens for R6

hi
Apologies for asking a question that may have already been asked. Probably many times...

I feel the need for a portrait lens for my R6. I fear I'm not quite in the price range for a RF 135 f1.8 L, or RF 85 f1.2 L, and I've heard (read & seen!) bad reviews on the RF 85 f2 and autofocus....

So....As I have an adapter, I'm thinking EF85 f1.4 L or even the EF135 F2 L. The latter may be old, but seems excellent (and is a lot cheaper). But does it work well on a RF? It is half the price of the 85 though, but a bit longer (which, with the adapter could be an issue)

Or even - slightly left field - the RF 100 Macro f2.8 L. Would give me the extra macro, but then it's a little slower than the others. Native RF lens though. And I do love some macro (had the EF-M 28 Macro for a while).

I do love bokeh; the 135mm will be similar to the 85mm, despite being slower due to the extra focal length. Won't it; am I right? And the 100mm will be worse, but still not that bad.

Anyway - any thoughts? I would appreciate it.

thanks

Sigma 135mm f/1.8 is both superb and top value for money.
