Neither!

I use electronic first curtain 100% of the time.

Unlike mechanical shutter, nothing moves on EFCS until the exposure is over.  There is no shutter shock, makes less noise, and less lag. Max X-sync speed is 1/250, slightly better than mechanical's 1/200.

Unlike electronic shutter, there is no rolling shutter.  Use of flash is possible.  You can avoid flicker and banding under artificial light.  14-bit raw gives better dynamic range.
