Will it be recording unsupervised? You always have the option to "babysit" it, thus it shouldn't be too big of an issue.

For a 5 minute take I would rate the chances of "perfect AF" (that is 100% of frames with focus on the intended subject) at 0%. With a bit of babysitting you will achieve probably something in the range of >95%. Depends a lot on what you are actually recording (e.g. face always visible, overall dynamic of the scene, distance to the subjects, lighting conditions, objects moving in between your subject and camera shortly, etc..).

No current camera on the market will deliver 100% performance if just sitting unsupervised for such a "long" time.

On a side note many users in this forum will be hurt personally, because the same reviews mentions that "AF tracking not always specific enough for subject-select-and-recompose", a technique that was discussed in length in this forum. If you ask questions such as yours you really have to apply a filter to the replies as many people will tell you that it will work without any issues.
