The question about EF lenses was quite germane and the dismissal (un-official) of the M mount raised questions in the community.

But many corporations have failed on decisions that look insane in hindsight. Can this happen to Canon? Sure, it may. We wish it does not!

All my friends are hybrids... they have a mix of EF, M and RF lenses (and bodies) acquired over time. Their objective: use the tool for the job. And they do not care too much about the future, if their toolbox meets their current requirements. They have adapters.

I am looking for the first 100 million RF lens produced, soon. If they care to announce it.
