Depending on what features are desired, another vote for X-E1. I have X-T3 since it came out, being my main body and taking around 25k photos so far - but some time ago got X-E1 as well (being totally aware of all of its aged tech) for times I almost don`t want to think about the camera at all.
Don`t think it can get much cheaper than that. Of course, depending on the form you prefer, X-T10 or X-T20 (or X-E2 mentioned above, or X-E2s) could be an option, too. Just make sure to list the features you can`t live without, if any, not to forget these are older (and more modestly featured) cameras after all (but image quality hardly lacking, being what counts, too).
I picked up a second hand XE2 for a good price, the XE2s were going for a little more but there was a firmware update the gave the XE2 pretty much the same features as the XE2s anyway, so still good.
Not sure what I would low cost looking at today's second hand prices, I was pretty shocked at the price increases J have seen tonight. I would have said an XA series camera, all pretty good from XA3 up but no so cheap now.
I buy and sell gear and this year and last year has seen the highest prices I've seen since I started in 2016 to the point I've barely sold a thing in that time (a bit but not the 10k GBP turnover I was doing before, in fact not even 25% of that)
It's a seller's market these days as China has meant less production add in cost of living crisis and....
I mean my local big box retailer is still selling A6000 and kit lens at 2016 prices after they had dipped quite a bit pre covid....
