A £60 adapter is a better bet than a £500 flashgun, but you probably shouldn't be looking at either if you're considering buying an £800 camera. The R10 is cheaper than the R50 plus AD-E1 and has automatic sensor cleaning too.

Interesting. Is that how pricing is structured in the UK? Here in Japan, R10 body-only is JPY 132,000, while R50 is JPY 111,100 and AD-E1 is JPY 4,860.
