For non-L lenses both of the options above significantly improve image quality in JPEGs.
So for EF-M I'd only consider turning it off for the 32mm

Perfectly satisfied with the output of my two native M prime lenses with those settings, thanks. Plus there's always the RAW files on the card to fall back on in critical, clinical instances.
