R6 mk2: zero seconds viewfinder, 3 seconds lcd ?

I have looked around the menus a bit, and I can start looking at the manual, but just a quick question ... can I have zero seconds of image display in the viewfinder, after the shot, and say, 3 seconds via the lcd ?

I had thought it was nice seeing the image captured in the viewfinder, but yesterday I was taking some pictures of racing boats (rowing, sculling) and I wanted to get a few shots away, but the most important image would be when the boat would be just below me up on the bridge ... and the "2 second image viewing" was a serious annoyance, because it was wasting 2 seconds.

I see, that's easy to turn off. I did, and that's better.

But my 6D would display the image on the back LCD for 2 or 3 seconds. That's what I want. If I want to see the captured image, I will look at the LCD. In other situations, I will have time to look at the lcd. But in the viewfinder, I want zero seconds there.

But looking at the menus, I am not sure that this will be possible. Is it possible on my R6 mk2 ?
