Canon EOS R - best focal length for landscapes?

Hi everyone,

I'm not new to photography (I've been shooting for the past 4 years), but I'm not professional yet, so I'm probably somewhere in the middle. I have Canon EOS R with Canon 24-105 mm f/4-7.1 is stm (a bit dark) lens and Canon 50 mm f/1.4 (a bit old and the focus is soo loud and it takes forever), but both lenses become somehow limiting to me. I mostly shoot landscapes (both wide and close-ups) and portraits.

I want to sell both lenses, and invest (just a little bit!) and buy 1 versatile lens or 2 lenses that will suit me a bit better. Does anyone recommend any budget (I mean under 800 euros) lenses? I was looking into Canon 70-200 f/4 and Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM ART, but I'm not 100% sure that's the best option, especially if I'd be capturing landscapes, I'd need to switch lenses all the time which is not something I'd like to do. Perhaps anyone has a similar experience and can recommend a more versatile lens. Thanks!
