R5, Maximum mechanical and electronic fps with vintage manual lenses

After much research and messaging a member here I have wrapped my head around the various shooting modes and frame rates with Canon EF lenses that are not on Canon's R5 compatibility list.

Now onto manual focus lenses, both vintage and new third party lenses used on an R5 with one of the various adapters.  None of the lenses would have any electronic communication or dandelions.

Of course the first thing to do is dial in the "shoot without lens" option.

On the Sony A6000, that I had a few years ago, I got the full 10fps with my manual lenses.

With manual lenses, with no contacts, will I be able to select mechanical shutter and get what I believe is 12fps, and select electronic shutter and get 20fps?  I do understand there is another possible option of Electronic First Curtain Shutter as well, not sure if this even applies to manual lenses.  I also understand that the frame rates will depend on battery charge etc.  Obviously there should be no aperture actuation delays either.

Greatly appreciate the few of you who may be using no-contact lenses on the R5.  I suspect that all the RF bodies will act similarly at their various frame rates.
