This is a lazy way of making a point that is bound to be misleading. There are so many caveats that go into the making of this graph - especially relating to pixel density but involving other factors, as well - you would do well to at least link to the info, and perhaps allow for folks to read the explanations listed there.
In the absence of real-world imaging and experience with raw processing, this is a minimalist approach for guidance. As for accuracy, take note that the bottom refers to "ISO Setting" with no claim to "Measured ISO."
I expect a higher standard of enlightenment from a moderator.

To be clear, I'm entirely on board with the comments that follow indicating that the Read Noise isn't the best way to understand the apparent noise seen in non-astro situations. The comments that followed are enlightening. There is no reason to question the graph data itself, but easy to not understand its limited meaning. So my complaint was with your cryptic posting.
I somewhat agree with Bill that you can pretty well accept comparisons of sensors from the same camera manufacturer based on ISO Setting without actual Measured ISO, but some manufacturers are less consistent than Fuji in this regard. So, I'd put an asterisk on that one. In any event, I do appreciate Bill's helpful work (way beyond anything I could put together), but it would be a mistake to rely on it anywhere near entirely for purchase decisions.
