With my R6 mk 2, for the first time in my life, I have Av mode when I am shooting video.

With my 6D mk 2, there wasn't any. But I think the 5D mk iv, had it.

It's a feature that they hold back to differentiate the pricing, I think.

So no Av mode in video on the R8 ?

Why would you want continuously variable shutter speed when you shoot video?

Personally I love the TV - shutter priority which works now on R6 Mk2 didnt have it on R6.

Best for vlogging - clog 3 - set the shutter to 1/50 added a 3 stop ND and the rest is done by the aperture anywhere between F2 and F16 between in car scene to sunny outside when on lowest CLOG 3 ISO of 800.

Its just a bummer that Canon doesn't allow a set ISO - its always set to AUTO with the lowest max setting of 6400. I would love to have more granular setting like betweehn 800 and 1600 or max 3200.

Sony allows you to set the ISO manually or have  a range of ISO in TV mode.
