A lot of comments about no IBIS. It says in the rumours IBIS not installed

I think it's prepared for IBIS mechanically but you need to pony up in a firmware update to activate it.

Sadly I think not, if you refer to the google translate link above, it seems like it's simply no-IBIS. Though a Japanese native speaker could perhaps comment what it actually means.

Using my knowledge of the Chinese script, in literal translation it says "Does not include IBIS"

I think every other feature listed (4K60, Clog3, 6K->4k supersample, 40fps shooting) allows for a camera with more uses than just having IBIS alone. And if I were in the market for a new camera, I'd pick those over IBIS.

Since I already have a cameras to do closeup of things, my biggest concern would be distance Wildlife and just how good the Lens stabilization is for Canon. Or for any other brand. There are times though, I even wonder if the shutter speed if high enough, some case usages might just be better with either of the stabilizations systems, turned off.

Regardless, if it has basically all the things of the Canon R6ii including the sensor, this could be a very compelling offering even without IBIS. But I would have to see it in the hands of Owners, not some Ytube reviewers. We know most of them really rarely shoot as we do, especially in that short of a timeframe that they actually have the gear.
