I always take Sigma 18-35/1.8 with Fringer adapter for a family gathering event. The ranges cover from group to personal portraits, and with F1.8 I don't need a flash to avoid parents worrying about their child's eyes getting flashed. It's big and heavy, but it's also the only lens that I need for that situation. Especially if XF16-55/2.8 is on your radar, take this combo a look
