Supply and demand which Fujifilm is likely controlling to their benefit. Seems like many manufacturers (not just in the electronics space) noticed that the early pandemic supply chain induced shortages translated to better margins. Is Fujifilm really unable to meet demand on this camera?

So you’re saying Fuji may be holding back supply to drive up prices, and margins, by not actually selling any new X100Vs? Brilliant marketing strategy 🤣

Yeah, the first thing most companies do in the face of massive demand is to stop selling their products. It’s the obvious way to make money, any fool knows that.

Or perhaps all the new zero-feedback accounts on eBay advertising barely-used X100Vs at wild prices are actually Fujifilm adopting guerilla sales channels for maximum profit.

I hear the company is run by shapeshifting lizards, just like all governments. And KFC.

Tin foil hats on, everyone!
