AFAIK picture Style in canon camera didnt affect noise. as you mention , the other settings like ALO, HTP, hi ISO NR does affect noise. the amount of noise at ISO 6400 vary depent on how you expose the scene. the perception of higher noise in certain image might be due to the subject was not expose properly despite taken at lower ISO. while well exposed subject appear cleaner despite taken at higher ISO.
make sure you expose correctly for low light shooting. cause fix underexposed hi iso image in post will give you worst result.
Hi AtmaWarna, I could be wrong, but yes, it does actually. Try changing the picture style setting Strength under Sharpening to a higher number and you can see the noise gets more pronounced. Lowering the threshold will also increase noise in some situations.
Perhaps this article can share some light on this:

Yes, you are right about the exposure part, and it will be nice to expose the subject adequately, but there are just situations where you can't use a speed light like museums and indoors and the 'darker' parts of the image will still exhibit considerable noise. This is when I really envy the full frame R5, R6s, but I guess I can't complain much for the crop factor for better tele reach (which I need) and it's more compact size.
Thank you for reaching out.
