I bought a second hand 70d with a serial number that starts with 27 but after about 5 minutes of live view photographing it just freeze and shows err 80 on the top LCD after taking the batt and memory out it works but im afraid that it will stopped working permanently is it just a fluke? should i be worried? does cheap memory card effect it? how to prevent it from happening again?

some general interpretations of EOS error codes is at https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART102961

"Err 80: An image or electric control malfunction has been detected." Is not encouraging. Best case scenarios are a bad memory card or the main battery is old and needs to be replaced.
